RESCHEDULED DATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Following extensive consultation with stakeholders nationally and internationally, it is with heavy hearts we confirm that our Basement Jaxx & Roger Sanchez shows must be rescheduled.

Despite Covid-safety planning to have additional safety measures in place for these events, the shows simply cannot go ahead as planned this Easter, due to ongoing restrictions on movement and gathering imposed by Australian Federal and State Governments, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; 

including:

• The Federal-Govt imposed restrictions on visas and international arrivals, along with mandatory quarantine requirements, precluding international artists from travelling to Australia as scheduled; and
• State Government imposed Public Health Orders in NSW, Victoria, and SA, which to varying degrees still greatly restrict movement & gathering of the public, limit capacity at venues & events, and even prohibit dancing & mingling. 

The ongoing issues of border closures and quarantine requirements, and the additional costs involved in meeting all Covid-Safety requirements, heavily impact any international tour’s viability. We are pleased to confirm that all artists and management have agreed to the rescheduled dates.

For our loyal supporters and ticketholders that purchased tickets to these events pre-covid, we thank you for your patience and we understand your disappointment and frustration!! We feel the same way.

The circumstances are beyond our control and to still be here a full year later, despite low case numbers in Australia, could not have been foreseen. It feels unfair, and has been devastating for us. 

PLEASE understand the critical position that COVID has brought upon the music and event industry. We have suffered irreparable financial losses and it has brought many of us to our knees. However, despite the impact of COVID, we are determined to survive and deliver this tour.

On this note, we urge you to please hold on to your tickets and support our industry. In doing so you will allow us to persevere and continue to deliver the acts, artists, tours and events that you love.

REFUNDS / CREDIT NOTES:

Your tickets remain 100% valid for the rescheduled date.  For those no longer able to make it on the new date, in line with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines for events, we will provide full refund in the form of a credit note for any of our events Australia-wide until 01 January 2025. Please notify us and request a credit note using the form below as soon as possible if you can no longer attend.
